Arrive at Srinagar Airport and drive to beautiful Pahalgam, the Valley of Shepherds. The scenic journey passes through lush fields, seasonal saffron farms, apple orchards and picturesque villages. En route, visit the historic Awantipora Ruins before arriving in Pahalgam. Check into your hotel and relax beside the tranquil Lidder River.
After breakfast, explore Pahalgam’s most scenic valleys by local union cab. Visit Aru Valley, surrounded by forests and mountains; Betaab Valley, known for its beautiful landscapes and streams; and Chandanwari, the traditional starting point of the Amarnath Yatra. Return for a 5 star hi -tea experience.
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings or choose optional activities such as horse riding and photography.
Explore Kashmir’s Offbeat Mountain Landscapes
After breakfast, set out for a full-day excursion to Daksum or Sinthan Top, depending on weather and road conditions. Daksum offers dense forests, mountain streams and tranquil landscapes, while Sinthan Top provides expansive views across the high Himalayan terrain.
Mughal Gardens & Dal Lake
After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. Explore the city’s iconic Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi, with their terraced lawns, fountains and mountain views. Continue to Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of Srinagar and Dal Lake.
In the evening, enjoy an optional Shikara ride on Dal Lake, surrounded by houseboats, floating gardens and the Himalayan landscape.
The Meadow of Gold
Drive through the scenic Sindh Valley to Sonmarg, the Meadow of Gold. Surrounded by dramatic mountains and alpine landscapes, Sonmarg is ideal for a leisurely walk, photography and enjoying the peaceful mountain scenery. Optional pony rides towards Thajiwas Glacier are available locally.
The Meadow of Flowers
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir’s most celebrated mountain destinations. Enjoy its expansive meadows and spectacular Himalayan views. The Gulmarg Gondola to Apharwat Peak is available as an optional experience, subject to weather and operational conditions.
Seasonal activities such as skiing and snow experiences may also be available depending on conditions.
Return to Srinagar and spend the evening on the Dal at our special & fresh Fish & chips centre.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.
